Return and Refund Policy

All Bespoke, Made To Measure and Custom Garments are Non-Returnable for Exchange or Refund. These garments are made to order and made for the particular individual. If an item is damaged or defective we will replace or repair the garment at our discretion.
All Items must be unworn and in the original packaging.
Products can only be returned if it is the wrong product or the product is damaged.
All returns or replacements must be pre-approved. Please contact us via email to start the process.
Only a store credit shall be given or a garment shall be replaced.
